The importance of screw machine gas tank!

The importance of screw machine gas tank!

If someone asks you about the role of the air compressor tank, do you always feel that it is difficult to express in words, or that you can only understand it and cannot explain it. How can it be! That's because we generally only know one thing and don't know the other. There are many functions of gas storage tanks! First, let's introduce the basic common sense function: store air to meet the demand of sudden and instantaneous increase in gas consumption of gas-using equipment; Eliminate the pulsation of airflow in the pipeline; Initial cooling of the air allows part of the liquid water to separate out. Therefore, the air storage tank should be drained regularly. It can ensure the automatic shutdown of the air compressor. Under the set pressure, the air compressor will automatically stop as soon as the air storage tank is full of air, so as not to keep the air compressor constant.

1. Excessive ambient temperature affects the screw air compressor in the following two aspects: A: The higher the temperature, the thinner the air (just like the air compressor has low efficiency in plateau areas), resulting in a decrease in the working efficiency of the air compressor, making the air compressor stay in a loading state for more time and bring more load, resulting in more heat generated by the air compressor, and the air compressor must have a higher temperature. B: Generally, there is a design operating environment temperature (30-40 degrees) when designing an air compressor. Generally, the highest temperature of the air compressor running under the design operating environment temperature is close to the protection temperature of the air compressor. If the ambient temperature of the air compressor is higher than the design operating environment

Motor (commonly known as "motor") refers to an electromagnetic device that converts or transmits electric energy according to the law of electromagnetic induction. It is indicated by the letter M in the circuit. Its main function is to generate driving torque, as a power source for electrical appliances or various machinery. The generator is represented in the circuit by the letter G. Its main function is to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. The motor consists essentially of an electromagnet winding or distributed stator winding for producing a magnetic field and a rotating armature or rotor and other accessories. Under the action of the rotating magnetic field of the stator winding, it has a current in the armature squirrel cage aluminum frame and is rotated by the action of the magnetic field.

Screw compressor oil leakage, find out the fault is more important than maintenance!

Screw compressor oil leakage, find out the fault is more important than maintenance!

Time：2018-01-16 09:15

The oil system of the screw compressor is very tightly sealed, and oil leakage will not occur under normal circumstances. However, when the maintenance is not timely or an accident occurs during operation, oil leakage may occur. There are also many kinds of oil leakage, one is oil leakage, which is very slow; one is oil leakage, which is faster; the other is oil injection, which is almost instantly finished. No matter what kind of fault can not be ignored. Screw compressor oil leakage fault is divided into three kinds: oil leakage, oil dripping and oil injection, for these three cases according to different phenomena to make different treatment. Therefore, when you find that the machine is leaking oil, do not rush to repair, but should find out the cause of the oil spill, and then carry out maintenance.
