Reasons for high discharge temperature of compressor

Reasons for high discharge temperature of compressor

Time：2017-10-14 18:26

In theory, the factors that affect the increase in exhaust temperature are: intake temperature, pressure ratio, and compression index (for air compression index K = 1.4). The actual situation affects the high suction temperature, such as: the intermediate cooling efficiency is low, or the scale in the intercooler affects the heat exchange, the suction temperature of the subsequent stage must be high, and the exhaust temperature will also be high. Valve leakage, piston ring leakage, not only affect the exhaust temperature, but also make the interstage pressure changes, as long as the pressure ratio is higher than the normal value will make the exhaust temperature rise. In addition, water-cooled machines, water shortage or insufficient water will increase the exhaust temperature.

Causes of abnormal compressor pressure

Causes of abnormal compressor pressure

Time：2017-10-14 18:25

The pressure is not normal and the exhaust pressure is reduced. The gas volume discharged from the compressor cannot meet the user's flow requirements under the rated pressure, then the exhaust pressure must be reduced. The exhaust pressure reduction is a phenomenon, and its essence is that the exhaust volume cannot meet the user's requirements. At this time, had to change a machine with the same exhaust pressure and large exhaust volume. The main reason for the abnormal inter-stage pressure is the leakage of the air valve or the leakage of the piston ring after wear, so we should find the reasons and take measures from these aspects.
