Technical Principle of New Type Spiral Vane Compressor

Technical Principle of New Type Spiral Vane Compressor

Time：2017-09-26 20:25

1. The origin of technology. The study of the new type of spiral vane compressor, as early as 15 years ago at the Purdue Conference, Toshiba Corporation of Japan proposed a new type of compression-spiral vane compressor, briefly expounded its working principle and working characteristics, and published the measured results of pressure changes in the working process (literature), translated into Chinese and introduced to China. This new compressor has excellent thermal, dynamic and mechanical properties, especially for refrigeration and air conditioning, Toshiba's measured results show that its performance indicators are better than the rolling rotor compressor. In the 15 years since then, no research literature and physical reports in this area have been found. In this period

Multi-compressor technology with refrigeration system design

Multi-compressor technology with refrigeration system design

Time：2017-09-26 20:20

With the continuous improvement of consumers' requirements for air conditioners, variable energy output has become one of the most important and potential technologies after health, energy saving and intelligence. At present, the air-conditioning industry at home and abroad can better solve the above functions at the same time there are two main technologies: frequency conversion technology and multi-compressor technology. The core of frequency conversion technology is the control system, but its materials and research and development costs are high, which will inevitably lead to high prices of frequency conversion products and low consumer purchases. Instead, the core of multi-compressor technology lies in the design of the refrigeration system, where manufacturers are able to master the technology quickly and can offer lower prices with a low-cost strategy.

Several PTA plant process routes and device air compressor technology

Several PTA plant process routes and device air compressor technology

PTA is the abbreviation of purified terephthalic acid (PurifiedTerephthalicAcid). PTA is the basic material for the production of polyester fiber and packaging industry. PTA industry is the main raw material for chemical fiber industry. PTA industry has the characteristics of capital-intensive and technology-intensive. The process packages and key equipment of all PTA units in China have long been complete sets of imported foreign technologies and equipment, all of which are monopolized by foreign investors. Due to the complex process route and high technical content of this production unit, for decades, it has been monopolized by large foreign companies. PTA market production situation is global.

Technical characteristics of two-stage compressor

Technical characteristics of two-stage compressor

Time：2017-09-26 20:05

Two common two-stage compression host structures on the market are shown in the following figure. The A structure adopts the upper and lower integrated structure of the main machine, and the single motor is directly driven by the helical gear, so that each rotor can obtain the optimal speed, and the transmission efficiency is the highest than compression. Structure B adopts the upper and lower integrated structure of the main machine, and adopts dual motors to drive each stage of rotor. Energy-saving principle Natural air enters the first stage of compression through the air filter, mixes with a small amount of lubricating oil in the compression chamber, and compresses the mixed gas to the pressure between the electrodes. The compressed gas enters the cooling channel and comes into contact with a large amount of oil mist, thereby greatly reducing the temperature. The cooled compressed gas enters the second-stage rotor
