The oil system of the screw compressor is very tightly sealed, and oil leakage will not occur under normal circumstances. However, when the maintenance is not timely or an accident occurs during operation, oil leakage may occur. There are also many kinds of oil leakage, one is oil leakage, which is very slow; one is oil leakage, which is faster; the other is oil injection, which is almost instantly finished. No matter what kind of fault can not be ignored. Screw compressor oil leakage fault is divided into three kinds: oil leakage, oil dripping and oil injection, for these three cases according to different phenomena to make different treatment. Therefore, when you find that the machine is leaking oil, do not rush to repair, but should find out the cause of the oil spill, and then carry out maintenance.

In the case of oil leakage, if the reason is not caused by more complex factors, but only because the connection part is loose or the fastening is not good or the pressure is increased, the connection part can be fastened in the shutdown state.
In the case of dripping oil, the treatment method is basically the same as that of oil seepage, and can be carried out with reference to the treatment method of oil seepage. However, if there are deep-seated reasons, we must eliminate the hidden dangers according to the deep-seated reasons before dealing with them.
In the case of oil injection, it is generally caused by the blockage of the oil cooler of the screw compressor. To deal with this kind of failure, the main means is to dredge the oil cooler. The method is to first take out the core of the oil cooler, put it in the iron tank, fill up the water, put the descaling agent in the water, soak for 1 to 3 days, then take out the cooler core, and dredge the scale in the cooler core one by one with a soft copper wire.
While dredging the cooler core, clean up the entire oil system. The method is to connect the pipe fittings of the oil circuit system with the cleaning pump truck to form a self-circulating system. The cleaning pump truck we use is an iron box with a square of more than one meter and is equipped with a trolley wheel that can push the box to move freely and push it to the front of the compressor when using it. There is a pressurized water pump and an electric heater. Pour the descaling agent into the water in the iron tank, start the water pump, and the descaling agent starts to circulate in the oil circuit system. After 1 to 3 days of soaking, the dirt in the oil circuit system will be cleaned up.
