The compressor produces abnormal sound

The compressor produces abnormal sound

Time：2017-10-14 18:24

The abnormal sound of the compressor, in general, the operator can distinguish the abnormal sound. If the gap between the piston and the cylinder head is too small, direct impact; the connecting nut between the piston rod and the piston is loose or tripped, the piston moves upward and collides with the cylinder head, metal fragments falling into the cylinder and water accumulated in the cylinder can all knock in the cylinder sound. The crankshaft bolts, nuts, connecting rod bolts, crosshead bolts in the crankcase are loose, tripped, broken, etc., the shaft diameter is severely worn, the gap increases, the clearance between the crosshead pin and the bushing is too large or severely worn, etc. There is a crash sound in the crankcase. The exhaust valve plate is broken, the valve spring is loose or damaged, and the load

Causes of compressor overheating

Causes of compressor overheating

Time：2017-10-14 18:22

Overheating fault is called overheating when the temperature exceeds the specified value at the friction between the crankshaft and the bearing, the crosshead and the sliding plate, the packing and the piston rod, etc. The consequences of overheating: one is to accelerate the wear between the friction pairs, and the other is the continuous accumulation of excessive heat, which directly burns the friction surface and causes major accidents of the machine. The main reasons for the overheating of the bearing are: uneven adhesion between the bearing and the journal or the contact area is too small; the bearing is skewed and the crankshaft is bent, the lubricating oil viscosity is too small, the oil circuit is blocked, the oil pump is faulty and the oil is cut off, etc.; there is no leveling during installation, The gap is not found, the main shaft and the motor shaft are not aligned, and the two shafts are inclined.

Impact of lack of oil on the compressor

Impact of lack of oil on the compressor

Time：2017-10-14 18:21

The compressor is a complex machine running at high speed. Ensuring the sufficient lubrication of the compressor crankshaft, bearings, connecting rods, pistons and other moving parts is the basic requirement to maintain the normal operation of the machine. For this reason, compressor manufacturers require the use of specified grades of lubricating oil and require regular inspection of the lubricating oil level and color. However, due to negligence in the design, construction and maintenance of the refrigeration system, it is common that the compressor is short of oil, oil coking and deterioration, backflow dilution, refrigerant flushing, and the use of inferior lubricating oil cause insufficient lubrication of moving parts. Insufficient lubrication will cause the bearing surface to wear or scratch. In severe cases, it will cause the shaft to be held, the piston to be stuck in the cylinder, and the resulting

The "economic code" behind the domestic compressor industry"

Time：2017-10-14 14:03

"Deep hidden work and name", which is used to describe the compressor can not be more appropriate. Compressors are closely related to industrial economic production. Compressors are ubiquitous in national production. However, due to general machinery, they cannot independently complete production tasks and have low perception. Therefore, although indispensable, few outsiders pay attention to it. If you understand the compressor, you can understand the dual characteristics of both industrial products and consumer goods. The rise and fall of this special industry echoes the rise and fall of all walks of life. It has always been regarded as a barometer and weather vane of the economy. Changes in the compressor industry can often reflect changes in the economic environment.
