Working Flow of Twin Screw Air Compressor

Working Flow of Twin Screw Air Compressor

After the air passes through the intake filter to filter out the dust or impurities in the atmosphere, the air enters the compressor host through the intake control valve, and mixes with the injected cooling lubricating oil during the compression process. The compressed mixed gas is discharged from the compression chamber Into the oil and gas separation tank, at this time, the most part of the oil medium is separated by collision, interception, and gravity, and then enters the oil and gas fine separator for secondary separation, get compressed air with little oil content. When the air is compressed to the specified pressure value, the minimum pressure valve opens, and the compressed air is discharged to the cooler for cooling, and finally sent to the use system.

After the 1. air process gas is filtered by the air filter to remove dust, it enters the head through the intake valve to be compressed and mixed with lubricating oil. The compressed air mixed with oil is discharged to the oil-gas separation barrel, and then enters the gas pipe network after passing through the oil-gas separator, pressure maintenance valve and aftercooler. 2. lubricating oil process 1. As the pressure in the oil and gas barrel is higher than that in the air intake chamber of the machine head, the lubricating oil passes through the temperature control valve, oil cooler and oil filter under the drive of differential pressure, and then enters the machine head in two ways. One way is directly injected into the compression chamber, the other way passes through the bearing group and then enters the compression chamber, where it is mixed with air and discharged into the oil and gas barrel.

Failure phenomenon: the exhaust temperature of the unit is high (over 100°C) and the coolant level of the unit is too low (it should be seen from the oil sight glass, but not more than half); Dirty oil cooler; The oil filter core is blocked; Temperature control valve failure (component failure); The oil cut-off solenoid valve is not powered or the coil is damaged; The diaphragm of the oil cut-off solenoid valve is broken or aged; Fan motor failure; Cooling fan damage; the exhaust pipe is not unblocked or the exhaust resistance (back pressure) is large; The ambient temperature exceeds the specified range (38G or 46 min); Temperature sensor failure (Intellisys control

The selection of air compressor is very important to the air compressor equipment and the users themselves. The selection is too large and wasteful and the price is high. Too small selection may cause the air compressor to be in a loading state for a long time, insufficient gas consumption or pressure cannot be used, etc. Therefore, the selection of air compressors requires correct and appropriate methods, expensive is not necessarily the best, suitable is the best. The first thing to consider is the use of compressed air. As we all know, compressed air is widely used in the production of all walks of life, and different industries have different uses for compressed air. 2. The minimum operating pressure and the amount of compressed air required per minute. According to statistics
