Working principle of air compressor oil and gas separator

Working principle of air compressor oil and gas separator

Time：2017-09-27 08:47

The oil and gas separator is a device that separates the crude oil produced by the oil well from the associated natural gas. The oil and gas separator is placed between the submersible centrifugal pump and the protector to separate the free gas in the well fluid from the well fluid. The liquid is sent to the submersible centrifugal pump, and the gas is released into the annular space of the tubing and casing. Sometimes the separator is also used for the separation, buffering and metering of oil, gas, water and sediment. From the shape points generally have three forms, vertical, horizontal, spherical. The oil and gas separation element is the key component that determines the quality of compressed air in the air compressor. The high-quality oil and gas separation element can not only ensure the high efficiency of the compressor, but also filter

Working principle of screw air compressor

Working principle of screw air compressor

Air compressor is one of the necessary power equipment for many enterprises, and screw air compressor is the mainstream product in the air compressor market today. For the air compressor, the most important function is to produce gas, so that the air is compressed with pressure. The working principle of screw air compressor is mainly divided into three major processes: suction, compression and exhaust. The inspiratory process. The screw-type intake-side intake port must be designed so that the compression chamber can fully inhale. The screw air compressor does not have an intake and exhaust valve set. The intake is only adjusted by the opening and closing of a regulating valve. When the rotor rotates, the tooth groove space of the main and auxiliary rotors is turned to the opening of the intake end wall. Its space is the largest,

The construction principle of the hermetic compressor: a hermetic compressor, with: a motor part, a mechanical part driven by the motor part, and a sealed container containing the motor part and the mechanical part. The mechanical part includes: a cylinder, a piston reciprocating in the cylinder, a valve plate arranged on the end surface of the cylinder and having a suction hole, and a suction channel with one end directly connected with the suction hole and the other end arranged in the space in the sealed container, the motor is driven by a variable frequency mechanism that operates at two or more signal frequencies. The present invention can provide a hermetic compressor with low noise and high refrigerating capacity. the construction principle of sliding vane compressor:

Principle of two-stage compression air compressor

Principle of two-stage compression air compressor

Time：2017-09-27 08:39

At present, the screw air compressor on the market, there are mainly single-stage compression and two-stage compression. Single-stage compression is familiar to everyone and is widely used. In actual use, some air compressors with high power and high gas production demand often use two-stage compression. This paper briefly introduces the working principle and advantages of two-stage compression. Two-stage compression is to combine the first-stage compression rotor and the second-stage compression rotor in a casing, and directly drive through helical gears respectively. Natural air enters the first stage of compression through the air filter, mixes with a small amount of lubricating oil in the compression chamber, and compresses the mixed gas to interstage pressure. Compressed gas
