Fault Analysis and Solution of Frequent Load and Unload of Compressor

Fault Analysis and Solution of Frequent Load and Unload of Compressor

Time：2017-10-13 12:01

With the development of science and technology, air compressor as an important power equipment, is widely used in machinery, metallurgy, building materials, electronic power, chemical industry, food, textile and many other industrial fields. However, in the long-term operation of the compressor, it is bound to encounter many failures, and frequent loading and unloading is one of them. Frequent actions not only shorten the life of the unit solenoid valve, compressor inlet valve and unloading valve, but also seriously threaten the safe operation of the whole unit. What are the reasons for the frequent loading and unloading of the compressor caused by the failure? 1) The control reasons are well known, and the pressure

Introduction of air flow and main accessories of air compressor

Introduction of air flow and main accessories of air compressor

Time：2017-09-27 09:12

First of all, the main air source in the air flow path of the air compressor parts function brief description: 1. oil and gas barrel oil and gas barrel oil and gas separation and oil storage two functions. The compressed oil and gas mixture is discharged to the oil and gas barrel, and most of the lubricating oil can be separated by rotating in the oil and gas barrel; the oil and gas barrel has more lubricating oil to prevent the hot oil just separated from immediately participating in the next cycle, which is beneficial to reduce Exhaust temperature. Oil level indicator is installed on the side of oil and gas barrel. There is a refueling hole on the barrel for refueling. The oil level of static lubricating oil should be between the upper limit and the lower limit of the oil level gauge. Oil (water) ball valve is installed under the oil and gas barrel, which should be used every time

Working Flow Diagram of Screw Air Compressor

Working Flow Diagram of Screw Air Compressor

Time：2017-09-27 09:07

The editor divides the work flow of the screw air compressor into six steps as shown in the figure below, mainly for everyone to have a better understanding of the working principle of the screw air compressor: the first step of the screw air compressor work flow diagram, The air compressor sucks in the surrounding air through the air filter and makes it enter the compression host. In the second step, the yin and yang rotors change the volume of the speech machine through joint motion. At the same time, the cavity is continuously sprayed with oil to lubricate and cool the screw. This produces a heated mixture of oil and gas. In the third step, the oil-gas mixture after the temperature rise and pressure rise enters the oil-gas separator tank through the exhaust check valve. The fourth step, the host cavity
