Causes and Solutions of High Exhaust Temperature of Oil-injected Water-cooled Screw Air Compressor

Causes and Solutions of High Exhaust Temperature of Oil-injected Water-cooled Screw Air Compressor

Time：2017-10-14 14:00

In the petrochemical industry, the oil-injected screw air compressor has been widely used because of its reliable operation, high efficiency, long life, gas volume is not affected by exhaust pressure, stable operation without surge and other advantages. Especially in the public system as a kind of advanced aerodynamic equipment, widely used in air compression station for the device to provide instrument air. Therefore, the safe operation of the air compressor unit ensures the stability of the instrument wind and the safe operation of the device. In the daily operation of the oil injection screw air compressor, due to inadequate maintenance, the unit often has high exhaust temperature alarm and unit chain shutdown failure. Therefore, the screw is empty.

Fault Analysis and Solution of Frequent Load and Unload of Compressor

Fault Analysis and Solution of Frequent Load and Unload of Compressor

Time：2017-10-13 12:08

With the development of science and technology, air compressor as an important power equipment, is widely used in machinery, metallurgy, building materials, electronic power, chemical industry, food, textile and many other industrial fields. However, in the long-term operation of the compressor, it is bound to encounter many failures, and frequent loading and unloading is one of them. Frequent actions not only shorten the life of the unit solenoid valve, compressor inlet valve and unloading valve, but also seriously threaten the safe operation of the whole unit. What are the reasons for the frequent loading and unloading of the compressor caused by the failure? 1) The control reasons are well known, and the pressure
