Recently, with the completion of 72-hour start-up test of compressor unit 1 of Yumen compressor station in Jiuquan operation area of western pipeline, it marks the successful completion of the first 50K maintenance operation of RR electric drive compressor unit of the company, and improves the integrity rate and reliability of compressor unit.
The maintenance of the compressor unit is an important work to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the equipment. 50K maintenance in the compressor unit maintenance is the most difficult, the highest technical requirements, disassembly and assembly is the most difficult. Unit 1 of Yumen compressor station is a SIEMENS motor driven RR compressor combined with electric drive compressor unit, which has been put into operation for 50000 hours since 2006.
The maintenance is carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the maintenance and overhaul regulations for SIEMENS electric drive compressor units. The compressor bearings, dry gas seals, frequency conversion motors, control systems and other auxiliary systems are comprehensively inspected and tested to minimize the operation risks of the units.
With the temperature gradually decreasing, in order to fully ensure the production of gas transmission in winter, the Jiuquan operation area of the western pipeline has strengthened the operation monitoring of the compressor unit under its jurisdiction, carried out maintenance on time, and strengthened the special protection work of the compressor unit and the instrument alarm system to ensure the operation of the compressor unit. Optimized working conditions and stable operation.
